The Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg is the leading specialist organisation for addiction issues with the areas of work prevention + health promotion, counselling + therapy as well as integration + enterprises. With around 90 employees and 260 volunteers at 13 locations, we implement a variety of offers financed by service contracts from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals. The Perron bleu in Biel is an established, alcohol-free meeting place that serves as a lively social meeting point and offers valuable spaces for social and professional integration.

Work Agogist

Fixed-term employment until 31 December 2026
Area of activity
- Accompanying and supporting clients within the framework of social and professional integration
- Guiding and promoting clients in their activities within the enterprise
- Contributing to ensuring a regulated and reliable daily operation at Perron bleu
- Taking on key worker duties and, depending on need, supporting case management
- Supporting the existing specialist team in day-to-day operations
- Accompanying and supporting volunteers
Requirements profile
- Completed training in work agogy, social pedagogy or a comparable qualification
- Experience in supporting people in challenging life situations
- Independent, reliable and pragmatic working style
- Enjoyment of direct work with clients
- Organisational and administrative skills as well as good IT user knowledge
