Assembly Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Assembly of chassis components and complete assemblies according to technical specifications

• Ensuring timely and high-quality assembly in accordance with defined standards

• Compliance with all regulations and standards as well as conducting independent quality checks

• Engagement in 5S activities and continuous improvement processes as well as active participation in shaping the corporate culture

• Close cooperation with the departments of quality assurance, supply chain, logistics and engineering

• Consistent application of safety, environmental and quality guidelines as well as adherence to company regulations

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training, for example as a polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder or mechanic EFZ

• Preferably experience in the aviation industry or a similar industrial production environment

• Solid knowledge of production and assembly techniques as well as willingness for continuous professional development

• Confident handling of technical drawings and technical documentation

• Very good German skills (level C1), English skills (level A2) desirable

• High personal responsibility, independent working style and strong sense of reliability
