Tasks

• Collaboration in the project for the transformation into the integrated management system (IMS) of the Suva Clinics at both locations – e.g.: 
  
  • Development of an application for documenting the IMS
  • Process modelling and document migration
  • Training of employees
• Clerical work:
  • Document maintenance and control
  • Management and documentation of cross-clinic improvement and corrective measures
  • Organisation of satisfaction surveys (patients, referrers) as well as internal and external audits
  • Support with risk controls within the framework of ERM
  • Management and evaluation of statistics
• Assistance in the development and implementation of quality concepts and quality improvement measures with the specialist departments (e.g. for the quality contract according to KVG 58a)
  
• Assistance in the implementation and controlling of internal and external quality requirements/standards (e.g. ANQ, Hplus)
• Participation in projects (e.g. Lean Management, Records Management)

Profile

• Basic training in business administration and/or a healthcare profession
• Courses such as Quality Manager in Healthcare, Quality and Process Manager or similar
• Experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare
• Experience in project, lean and records management is an advantage
• Networked thinking and acting combined with the ability to work with people from different professional groups/stakeholders
• Ability to communicate appropriately for the level and audience as well as service-oriented in spoken and written form
• Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office products and applications for integrated management systems
• Mandatory: German language skills at native level as well as very good French skills (bilingual) and willingness to travel (Sion, Bern)
