• Assessing and preparing surfaces: sanding, filling, priming and masking
• Colour matching with measuring device and colour chart as well as precise mixing of paints at the mixing station
• Painting in the booth – from individual attachments to the complete commercial vehicle cab
• Corrosion protection, underbody protection, sealing, polishing and the perfect finish
• Repairing minor damage as well as disassembly and assembly of attachments
• Direct customer contact: assessing damage, clarifying expectations and schedule together with the customer

• Completed compulsory schooling (secondary or district school)
• Good colour vision and an eye for detail – half a shade off is a shade off with us
• Enjoyment of modern paint technology, water-based paints and digital colour systems
• Manual dexterity and a steady hand for sanding, spraying and polishing work
• Carefulness and perseverance – sometimes even in protective clothing, with a mask or on a work platform
• Enjoyment of contact for collaboration with customers and team
