To strengthen our facility management team, we are looking for a committed individual to take responsibility and actively shape our infrastructure, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
Space Management
- Planning, recording, and follow-up of internal room resources
- Management of the screens in the entrance areas of the university (Daylight, RUF Multiweb Manager, InDesign)
- Participation in projects or subprojects in space management
- Utilization of synergies throughout facility management
Facility Management
- Provision and maintenance of rooms and infrastructure
- Ensuring timely and economical furnishing
- Organization of all logistical processes
- Participation in small and medium-sized projects
Your profile
- Experience in facility management at a university is an advantage
- Commercial basic training or similar is desirable
- Technical flair and good IT user skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of complex contexts and networked thinking
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- High quality awareness and pronounced service mentality
- Reliable and team-oriented working style
