What you will do with us
- You carry out maintenance and repair work on buildings
- You conduct inspection rounds in and around the building as well as on the roofs
- You assist with outdoor work and snow removal
- You take care of the maintenance and care of the locking system, including door locks and door closers
- You supervise external craftsmen during their assignments in the building
- You take over the porter’s duties including staffing the porter’s lodge, receiving visitors and suppliers, as well as operating the fire alarm control panel and camera system
