The Department of Higher Education Didactics and Adult Education offers regional continuing education and services for universities, higher vocational education, adult education and upper secondary level II. - Leading reform and transformation projects at upper secondary level II and tertiary level, combined with lecturing and consulting activities
- Leading courses in the areas of coaching and consulting, including teaching
- Accompanying offer and curriculum development processes
- Acquisition of process support and further training
- Participation in R&D projects
This is what you bring with you.
- University degree with consecutive master's degree in the field of social sciences and humanities, psychology or related discipline
- Teaching experience at upper secondary level II and tertiary level
- MAS or comparable further education/specialisation in coaching or organisational consulting (bso recognised qualification advantageous)
- Experience in project management
- Willingness to work interdisciplinarily
