Job Description

• Technical and personnel management of a team in tunnel construction
• Planning, coordination and supervision of construction work on site
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and occupational safety
• Supporting site management in deployment planning and organisation
• Active participation on the construction site and promotion of team performance
• Reporting as well as interface between construction site and site management

We expect

• Completed training in the main construction trade (e.g. bricklayer, road builder or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in tunnel construction mandatory
• Leadership experience as foreman or team leader advantageous
• Good knowledge of German, additional languages advantageous
• Responsible, resilient and assertive personality
• Willingness to work shifts in tunnel construction
• Driving licence category B advantageous
