- You work independently and purposefully on all tasks, e.g.:
• Management of distribution channels
• Written and telephone contact with external clients (insured persons, heirs, lawyers/authorities) as well as with employees of the distribution units
• Contact person in case of questions
• Participate in process development and support process managers
• Handling customer feedback
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- You will not do this alone, but as a team, with your colleagues
