Tasks
- Begleitung und Behandlung von Patient*innen durch die Nacht.
- Unterstützung der Nachtwachen in psychiatrischen Notfällen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden in der Nachtschicht.
Skills
- Abschluss als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (EFZ) und Erfahrung in der Psychiatrie.
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und hohe Zuverlässigkeit.
- Hohe Empathie, Sozialkompetenzen und Teamfähigkeit.

Your Tasks
- Accompanying and treating our patients through the evening and night
- Supporting the night nurses on the wards in psychiatric emergency situations
- Collaboration with other staff at night (2 departments)
- Competent action in psychiatric emergency situations
Your Profile
- Health specialist (EFZ)
- Experience in psychiatric or inpatient settings
- Independent working, high reliability
- High empathy and social skills, high resilience
- Team player
