What is my role?

As a Health Specialist (FaGe), you support our clients in various healthcare facilities with the professional care and support of patients. You take on nursing and medical-technical tasks, assist with personal care, support examinations and therapies, and ensure the well-being of the people you care for. Your shifts are flexible – whether early, late, or night shifts, you decide when and how often you want to work.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe)

• Enjoyment in working with people and empathy

• Reliability and sense of responsibility

• Flexibility and willingness to work at different locations

• Team spirit and independent working style

• Good German language skills
