What You Bring to This Position
- Dipl. nurse HF/FH with professional experience in an acute hospital, ideally in internal medicine/gastroenterology
- Willingness to complete further training in leadership
- Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and high social competence
- Enjoyment of leadership tasks as well as active participation in daily nursing
- Resilient, team-oriented personality with solution-focused actions
