Your Tasks

• Expansion, maintenance and 360° advisory of the customer portfolio
• Sale of the entire range of products and services including cross-selling
• Systematic recording of needs and external potential
• Referral to internal specialist teams
• Acquisition of new customers
• Participation in customer events including network maintenance

What You Bring

• Commercial basic training (banking or insurance sector)
• Completed bank-specific further training
• Professional experience as an individual customer advisor is required
• Proven experience in the financing sector, affinity for investment and pension topics
