During 18 months, you will get to know various business areas and build comprehensive knowledge for your target role as a Business Manager in the Investment Solutions Europe division. You will not only expand your professional know-how but also develop your social and personal skills through exciting seminars, such as the onboarding week in Liechtenstein, and exchanges with internal and external experts. A special highlight is the two-week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project. During your time as a graduate, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor who supports you in your professional and personal development. For your role as a future Business Manager in Investment Solutions Europe, we focus on the following tasks:

Support and active participation in shaping strategic projects within Investment Solutions, from the initial idea to implementation, in collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Analysis, optimization, and documentation of business processes (e.g., in portfolio management and advisory) with a focus on efficiency improvements, leveraging synergies, and quality enhancements.

Preparation of high-quality management documents (presentations, status reports, decision-making bases) as well as support for clear, target-group-oriented communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Participation in the development and automation of data and reporting solutions, including management information systems (MIS), for targeted control and further development of investment businesses.

A very good current bachelor's or master's degree (degree completed no more than 18 months ago) in banking, finance, economics, or a related field of study.

Strong interest in project management as well as financial markets and investment services.

Openness in direct interaction with clients as well as proactive engagement with internal stakeholders, combined with a confident and professional demeanor.

Strong communication skills in spoken and written form with the ability to explain complex topics clearly, structured, and appropriately for the audience.

High customer orientation and persuasiveness in conveying information and ideas to various stakeholders.

Very good language skills in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.

Analytical skills and a pronounced solution orientation.

Willingness to contribute innovative ideas and new perspectives.

Teamwork skills and willingness to go beyond the usual scope.

Identification with LGT and its values.
