This is the job - Your main tasks
Strategic consulting on the implementation of new regulatory requirements (defining requirements, conducting gap analysis, identifying fields of action, and implementing measures)
Advising our clients primarily in the following legal areas: (Gen)AI Governance & Compliance, contract and licensing law, contract design, contract law, data protection and information security, third-party risk management, cyber security, FINMA requirements, etc., with a focus on issues related to digital transformation
Supporting our clients in all phases of project execution in close collaboration with various teams
Active participation in expanding the international Legal Strategy team
Cross-industry project work with the opportunity to build in-depth expertise in one industry
This job is for you if
You have successfully completed a degree in law or business law.
You are enthusiastic about the practical application of legal requirements with a technological reference (e.g., data protection law, information security, cloud, AI).
You bring at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
You value dealing with people and have a strong customer orientation in your work.
You communicate convincingly and structured and have the ability to convey complex concepts & facts in a target group-oriented manner.
You communicate confidently orally and in writing in German and English (C1 level).
