• You coordinate our swap bodies and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time
• You manage rentals from the first enquiry to proper invoicing
• You record and process orders efficiently and reliably
• You are the first point of contact for our customers – by phone and in writing
• You take on the deputy role for the care of a major customer
• You assist with administrative tasks
• You keep an overview and remain calm even during busy phone days

• Commercial basic training or comparable experience
• Experience in transport, logistics or administration is an advantage
• Organisational talent with enjoyment of pace and variety
• Customer-oriented thinking and solution-focused working style
• Very good MS Office skills
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
