🌱 Your mission
As a qualified early childhood professional, you play a key role in the child’s overall development and the implementation of the centre’s educational project. You support each child in an environment of trust, emotional security and openness to the world, while ensuring strong links between the team, families and the centre.
🚩 Main responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the well-being of each child.
- Design, implement and evaluate sustainable educational projects that respect individual needs and life rhythms.
- Support parents and foster a co-educational relationship based on listening, transparency and mutual trust.
- Actively contribute to team dynamics and continuous training, with a spirit of multicultural openness.
- Encourage children’s natural curiosity by fostering their desire to discover, explore and understand the world.
- Promote the connection with nature as a means of awakening, well-being and environmental awareness.
- Share the core values of our company: passion, team spirit and continuous learning.
🤝 Your profile
- Early Childhood Educator diploma or equivalent recognised by the authorities.
- Proven experience in supporting children in a care setting.
- Ability to organise daily group activities, support colleagues in pedagogical practice and ensure smooth communication with families and crèche management.
- Sensitivity to issues related to well-being, sustainability and cultural diversity.
- Recognition of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for collaborative work with children, families and teams.
