Your Tasks
Caring for people with dementia is a rewarding challenge for you. In addition, you are in contact with relatives, trusted persons, and other interfaces. In direct care, you take responsibility for professional care and support of our residents. With your modern understanding of care and your high social competence, you help to shape care processes in the long term. You handle different and complex situations professionally, with an empathetic and appreciative approach being important to you. You organize your area of expertise independently and apply professional and internal standards, concepts, and guidelines. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting and promoting employees.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Resilience and flexibility
