For one of our clients we are looking for a Program & Action Tracker Coordinator
CONTEXT:
This role will be responsible for coordinating and administering the program, ensuring timely completion of assessments, and managing the associated administrative tasks. The role involves as well meticulous action tracking resulting from various assessments, ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions and data reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate the execution of compliance assessment program
• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of assessments, track the progress
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Follow-up on various assessment findings, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and implemented within the defined timeframe
• Provide an overview of the outstanding actions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Compile and analyze data related to compliance activities, generating reports to identify trends, track progress, and highlight areas for improvement
• Provide administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• Comfortable working on administrative tasks and working with digital tools
• Fluent English and French, Italian would be a plus
• Good communication skills with a proactive approach
OTHER INFORMATION:
• Workload: 80 %
• Start Date: 1st September 2025
• Location: Geneva with the possibility to work 1-2 days per week remote
• Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension
