About the job
The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional centre and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants and approximately 3,100 pupils.
The Dietikon school currently comprises six school units. It has many years of experience in the field of special education and integration.
The Steinmürli school unit is located in the centre of Dietikon, within short walking distance to Dietikon station. At this lively QUIMS school, we teach kindergarten and primary classes as well as a small class. A freely selectable daycare complements the offer. This school unit operates according to the educational concept of the new authority according to Haim Omer.
From 01.10.2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a fixed-term appointment
- Personnel management at primary level transitioning to secondary level
- Participation in team and school development, implementation of the New Authority
- Collaboration with parents, SSA, ISB, SPD and other specialist agencies
- Basic pedagogical training and experience in the education system of the canton of Zurich
- Completed school leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Integrity, responsible and motivating leadership personality
