IT Support 40-60% (f, m, d) in Zurich
To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as IT Support (Onsite). In this versatile position, you are the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT questions and ensure the smooth operation of the work environment.
Your responsibilities
- Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues
- Installation and configuration of workstations (PCs, printers, mobile devices, etc.)
- First and second level support for all IT-related inquiries
- Management and maintenance of user accounts and access rights
- Support in the administration of the IT infrastructure
- Documentation of requests and solutions in the ticket system
- Procurement and management of IT materials (hardware, software licenses, accessories)
- Monitoring inventory and organizing reorders
- Participation in budget planning for IT materials and collaboration with suppliers
- Involvement in IT projects and continuous optimization of internal processes
What you bring
- Completed training in computer science or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of Windows and network environments as well as common enterprise applications
- High service orientation and strong communication skills
- Independent, structured, and precise working style
- Team-oriented personality with high commitment
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
