About the job
What is my role?
Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary management of the central control and assembly areas
Active development and qualification of team members through targeted support measures
Ensuring consistently high quality standards in production
Strategic planning and continuous optimisation of available manufacturing resources
Organisation and coordination of shift and personnel planning
Establishment and maintenance of a constructive safety and team culture
Evaluation of relevant production key figures and derivation of targeted optimisation measures
Creation and continuous maintenance of process documentation
What do I need to be successful?
Completed technical basic training, preferably as a plant operator EFZ or industrial mechanic EFZ
Additional qualification in production, operations management or leadership (for example process specialist or technician HF)
Extensive experience in leading teams in an industrial manufacturing environment over several years
Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities
Team-oriented personality with a practical hands-on mentality
Structured, solution-focused and independent approach to tasks
Confident handling of IT programmes and solid MS Office knowledge
Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are desirable
