The Marketing and Communication department manages all marketing and communication tasks within Zürcher Kantonalbank and makes an important contribution to its positioning.
Do you want to lead challenging web and automation projects, shape our digital channels with data-driven, target group-specific content, and develop marketing and communication concepts – and also implement them yourself in the role of project manager? Do you enjoy working at the interface between content, marketing automation, analytics, and project management?
We are looking for a Web Content & Automation Manager with experience in MarCom conception to strengthen our Private Banking Marketing & Communication team. In this role, you are responsible for the conception, planning, operational implementation, and optimisation of content on our corporate websites, for the further development of our marketing automation (MDP/BSI), for monitoring and reporting on our digital measures, as well as for the conception of marketing projects.
Your tasks
- Plan, create, adapt, and publish target group-specific content on the corporate websites "Private Banking", "Asset Management" and "Institutional" as well as on landing pages within the framework of marketing campaigns
- Develop and optimise web content based on data and its target group-specific presentation – maintaining a 360° view of other digital channels to ensure a consistent and integrated customer experience
- Bring a strong sense of user experience and media-appropriate use of text content, modules, and components on the respective pages
- Plan, design, create, and optimise automated marketing journeys as well as continuously analyse relevant KPIs, derive recommendations for action, and continuously improve the customer journey along the entire funnel
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies – including a suitable marketing mix for specific target groups or key bank topics
- Lead projects from planning through implementation of measures to successful realisation
Your profile
- Completed studies or higher education in marketing/communication with several years of professional experience
- Experience in web content creation in a CMS (ideally AEM) with expertise in content modelling, information architecture, as well as SEO- and UX-optimised writing
- Experience in leading and implementing web content and marketing automation projects across multiple departments (conception, setup, optimisation, and reporting of marketing automation journeys (ideally BSI.cx)
- Experience in web analytics (ideally Adobe Analytics), KPI definition, and performance reporting
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing concepts – from analysing the initial situation and target group to setting clear marketing goals and developing concrete measures and suitable channels
- Experience in project management including coordination of all parties involved, monitoring milestones and KPIs, and clearly presenting results to stakeholders and decision-makers
