Service Technician Mechanical Engineering International. 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are the first point of contact for our customers for all technical questions

• You carry out machine checks, revisions, repairs and troubleshooting

• You support new installations, commissioning, training and documentation

• You ensure machine availability and customer satisfaction

• You travel internationally (80-100%, assignments 4-10 days worldwide, residence in Switzerland required)

• Sporadically you are also deployed at the company headquarters - flexibility is required

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, mechanical engineer or comparable

• Several years of professional experience, ideally with assembly or installation experience

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics as well as good IT skills

• Very good German and good English skills (additional languages are a plus)

• Independent, structured and resilient working style - with enjoyment of international customer contact

• Analytical thinking combined with customer-oriented and professional appearance
