Your tasks:

- Handling reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Providing information about hotel offers and local attractions
- Resolving guest concerns and requests professionally
- Supporting administrative tasks and accounting
Your profile:
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel software is an advantage
- Multilingual (German and English, additional languages are a plus)
