As a competence centre for the care and support of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with expertise, respect, and commitment. Our institution combines two buildings with four specialised geriatric departments, two protected dementia wards, and the Atrium – a unique offering for young adults.

What awaits you
- You are passionate about training young people and take responsibility for the FAGE trainees in your department. You enjoy supporting trainees on their path to professional qualification.
- Together with your team, you cover the entire daily routine of the residents in your department.
- Besides supporting in daily work, you organise monthly learning days with the trainees, conduct discussions, write educational reports, and participate in the monthly vocational trainer meetings.
- You take on daily responsibility and are the contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and your team.
- As a nursing professional, you independently plan and carry out all nursing processes, administer the nursing documentation in RAI, and implement in-house concepts.
You bring with you
- A completed training as a Health Specialist or a qualified Nursing Specialist HF/FH.
- Certificate course as a vocational trainer already completed or willing to complete it.
- Empathy, assertiveness, humour, and appropriate communication skills characterise you.
- With the appropriate qualification, accompanying our HF students is also possible.
- German language skills at least at level B2
