Do It Department Manager (m/f/d)

Mission

You manage and organise the Do It department focusing services on customer satisfaction by ensuring product availability (planning and executing promotional activities)

You advise our customers, make the store attractive and carefully manage the assortment
You handle orders and ensure after-sales service by managing requests and complaints
You are responsible for a team of 7 to 8 people, guiding them and setting clear objectives while fostering a respectful and pleasant working environment.
You analyse key figures and, where necessary, take appropriate measures to establish optimal resource planning while respecting the budget
You work to promote and develop the skills of your colleagues to create conditions conducive to their fulfilment

Ideally, you hold a retail management CFC in the Do It sector and have proven experience in a similar position
You have already led a team and know how to unite them around the objectives to be achieved by demonstrating both listening and leadership skills
You have a good sense of organisation and are effective on the ground, enjoy interacting with customers and are committed to satisfying them daily
You are in good physical shape, have a strong work ethic, and handling goods is no problem for you
You are sufficiently available to meet customer hours and are looking for a varied position with responsibilities
You speak perfect French and have good knowledge of German, combining interpersonal ease and a sense of teamwork
