Department Head Stamping (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take on the technical and personnel management of the stamping department with around 20-25 employees and two directly subordinate managers. In doing so, you ensure a smooth production process and are responsible for quality, productivity, punctuality and occupational safety.

• Planning and control of personnel, machine and production capacities

• Continuous optimisation of processes, systems and workflows

• Analysis of relevant key figures and implementation of improvement measures

• Support with technical clarifications, investment and automation projects

• Ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards

What do I need to be successful?

You have a completed technical vocational training with further training in production, management or business administration. In addition, you bring several years of leadership and production experience in industrial series production. Experience in stamping technology or metal processing is an advantage.

• Knowledge in production planning, process optimisation and quality management

• Confident handling of SAP and MS Office

• Entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented personality with pronounced leadership and social skills
