• Setting up, operating and monitoring modern CNC production equipment
• Ensuring product quality including carrying out quality controls and initiating corrective measures in case of deviations
• Performing maintenance and cleaning work on the machines
• Timely production of demanding customer parts
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process

• Training as a polymechanic
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation (06:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 23:00 - weekly rotation)
• Several years of experience in operating CNC milling machines
• Strong quality awareness and high personal responsibility
