Your responsibilities
- Supervise field teams in their daily missions
- Organize and monitor schedules and logistical needs
- Control the quality of services and compliance with standards (hygiene, safety, procedures)
- Participate in continuous improvement and good communication between departments
- Coordinate with external providers and ensure follow-up on interventions
- Administrative follow-up and reporting
Your profile
- First experience in multi-service supervision in Switzerland (facility management, hospitality, catering, etc.)
- Good sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative
- Ability to lead a team with kindness and clarity
- Knowledge of Swiss hygiene and safety standards
- Comfortable with basic IT tools (Office suite, planning tools)
- Fluent in French, English
