Your main tasks as a physiotherapist

• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You conduct assessments and treat our inpatient patients in the field of neurology. In doing so, you are in constant exchange with a team of doctors, nursing staff and other therapeutic professions
• Patient-oriented care: You carry out assessments and documentation that are personally tailored to each patient and support the creation of an individual therapy plan
• Therapies: You conduct individual and group therapies. For this purpose, you have numerous options available, such as robotics, our modern MTT, the therapy garden and our therapy pools

Your main tasks as specialist responsible

• Conducting specialist supervisions and internal training sessions in physiotherapy
• Collaboration in the team of specialists to develop quality standards in the field of neurological physiotherapy
• Joint professional leadership of physiotherapists at the location by issuing instructions and shared responsibility with the specialist management
• Active exchange and collaboration in the cross-location specialist structure
• Developing, implementing and conveying interprofessional standards

Your profile

• Training: Completed training as a physiotherapist or equivalent training with at least one positive PreCheck
• Experience: You already bring proven specialist expertise in the field of neurology

• Personality: You enjoy working with neurological patients, are committed to shaping the development of the specialist area and initiate change processes. You also like to take responsibility and are open to new tasks.
