The Park Retirement Center is located in the heart of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is nestled in a beautiful park setting. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.
- You will learn how to clean the rooms of our residents as well as the public areas so that our guests feel completely comfortable
- You will learn how the entire service process works, from ordering meals to serving
- You will gain the knowledge to plan an event; from taking orders to the final billing
- You will also get to know the laundry cycle during your training: including advising on the phone, providing information at the reception in the Park Retirement Center as well as in our partner hotel

- Completed secondary school
- Depending on the duty schedule, you may start as early as 6:00 a.m., so you should be well connected by public transport or have the appropriate mobility
- You are reliable, responsible, and hygiene-conscious
- During your training, you show interest and initiative and are a team player
- You demonstrate your strong service orientation and empathy for our residents and guests during your training period
- You have the ability to think in a networked way and recognize the connections between your actions and possible consequences
- You are physically and mentally resilient, as you mostly work standing up
