Site Managers (M/F/D)

Job Description

• The role will be responsible for the operational management of site activities, coordinating the team of bricklayers and labourers, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards of the work
• Coordinate the daily activities of the team
• Read and interpret technical drawings and projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
• Check materials and collaborate with the site manager for supplies and planning

Requirements

• Head bricklayer training with Swiss federal professional certificate or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in the sector in Switzerland in civil engineering works
• Precise, flexible person, excellent interpersonal skills
• Organisational and leadership skills
• Person inclined to work independently and in a team
• Category B driving licence - Car owner
