- Completed vocational training and further education in sales, commerce or business administration
- Experience in the area of pension and assets
- Passed intermediary examination (VBV) mandatory
- Strong affinity for financial and pension products
- Rooted in the region
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a strong customer and service orientation
- High degree of independence and flexibility
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages such as French and English advantageous
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
