We live an uncomplicated and collegial working atmosphere with a first-name culture and regular staff events. Participation and involvement as well as personal responsibility are highly valued here.
The weekly working time is 42 hours for a 100% workload. From 1 January 2027, all employees will uniformly receive 25 days of holiday per year, apprentices receive 30 days of holiday. Loyal employees also have the opportunity to receive additional holiday days annually. Where operationally possible, we offer home office.
For specialised staff, we follow the guidelines of the Canton of Bern and pay market-appropriate salaries. All employees receive a 13th monthly salary. Depending on the professional group, allowances and remunerations are paid according to the employment.
