For our Technical Operations domain, we are looking for an experienced person starting from July 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Your contribution

• You will assume national technical responsibility in the operations field and be the owner of the related processes; this includes topics such as operational support, deployment planning, personnel planning as well as deployment and management of employees.
• You implement new business ideas.
• You lead the Technical Operations committee, are part of the Operations community, and develop a decision-making basis for the Swiss Executive Committee.
• You ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality operational standards across all regions.
• You are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing operational guidelines, processes, and directives.
• You evaluate, develop, and define the resources necessary for the operational service.
• You will lead national projects and work on interdisciplinary projects with other technical domains and be responsible for interfaces with sales and human resources management processes. 

Your profile

• Several years of management and operational experience in the security sector or similar fields, ideally in a decentralized or national organization
• Initial and continuing education in business management
• Excellent understanding of operational processes, process management, and interface work, combined with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working method
• Excellent social skills and strong communication abilities
• Very good command of German, both spoken and written, as well as good spoken French skills
