The service has a fixed cost of CHF 10.- per call and CHF 0.50 per minute. But remember: you only pay if we solve the problem!
EXAMPLE: If we solve your problem with a 20-minute phone call, it will cost you CHF 20.-
We will tell you the total at the end of the call. You can make the payment without stress in the coming days.
