In Structuring for Structured Products - an integral part of the trading division at ZKB - you actively shape the electronic issuance business of ZKB. In a small, experienced team of five specialists, you work closely with trading, sales, and other internal departments. Together, you ensure that our clients are offered structured financial products efficiently, with high professionalism and first-class service.
Your Responsibilities
- As part of the Structuring team, you are responsible for the electronic issuance business for Structured Products and its continuous development
- You monitor trade executions and configure and optimise pricing
- You take on the main contact role for platform providers of Structured Products and other external partners
- You track developments in the ecosystem for Structured Products and identify trends and opportunities for the electronic issuance business
- You initiate initiatives within the organisation to further develop the electronic issuance business and the associated products
- You conduct dialogue with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Trading, Risk, Legal Services, Backoffice, and IT
- You lead and coordinate projects and initiatives related to the electronic issuance business both internally and externally
- You independently and collaboratively find solutions for challenges and limitations – even outside your direct area of responsibility
- You perform statistical analyses, identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential in the business, and implement corresponding optimisation measures
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in economics or finance; alternatively, a technical-scientific degree with economic further education or comparable experience
- Several years of experience in the direct environment of the issuance of Structured Products, ideally in Structuring or Trading
- Profound knowledge of products, processes, and challenges in the issuance business as well as interest in continuously deepening this knowledge
- Enjoyment in building and maintaining a network in the area of platform issuance of Structured Products; ideally already familiar with the Swiss platform ecosystem or willing to acquire this knowledge
- You score with strong analytical skills and enjoyment in working with numbers, statistics, and evaluations to continuously optimise and develop the business
- You convince as a team player with high initiative, curiosity, and willingness to support the organisation beyond your direct area of responsibility
- Experience in Python or R as well as a basic understanding of databases complete your profile
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
