The KiEl Bethanien St. Gallen is a child-parent institution. We provide temporary protection.
We offer 15 families with children supervised or accompanied living options. Our focus is on observing and promoting the well-being of the child, supporting in crisis situations, and stabilizing the family system. Our clientele includes women affected by violence as well as parents with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, or other psychosocial difficulties.

You can achieve:
- As the case manager, you advocate for the developmental processes of the families assigned to you
- You support and accompany our clientele in coping with upcoming developmental tasks
- You ensure a supportive environment in both supervised and accompanied living
- You write reports as a basis for decision-making for future developmental steps of the families
- You keep records carefully and perform administrative tasks diligently
- As the case manager, you work constructively with external professionals and the family's social network
You bring:
- Training in social pedagogy or social work
- Professional experience in one or more of the following areas would be desirable: child protection, counseling, psychiatry, migration
- Experience with young children
- Willingness to work shifts without night duty
- Willingness for telephone on-call duty
- Minimum age 25 years
