Plumber with Leadership Experience and Customer Responsibility
Tasks
- Take on the professional and personnel leadership of the service team in the plumbing area
- Care for complex customer properties and actively expand the customer portfolio through new service contracts
- Create resource and route planning as well as ensure the organisation of the on-call service
- Ensure calculation of service offers, material procurement and budget monitoring
- Secure quality standards and occupational safety during maintenance, repairs and commissioning
Requirements
- Completed EFZ basic training with several years of professional experience in the plumbing service sector
- Proven leadership experience in technical customer service
- Strong quality awareness, negotiation skills and customer-oriented behaviour
- Reliable and responsible personality with a well-groomed appearance
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as driving licence category B are mandatory
