We accompany our clients as business partners for integrated marketing, turning problems into tangible solutions and developing individual approaches with real added value. Our focus is not on classic media planning but on tailored, holistic communication solutions that make each project unique.

As part of a maternity cover, we are looking to strengthen our team. The position is initially limited until the end of March 2027 but offers the option of permanent employment afterwards if there is mutual interest.

Your tasks…

• Development of well-founded communication strategies and holistic communication concepts for our international and national clients from various industries 
• You analyze and question client briefings and conduct research on target groups, competitors, and market trends 
• Translation of data-based insights into strategic recommendations that serve as a basis for media, creation, performance marketing, or technology
• Convincing presentation of strategic concepts and ensuring client needs are met
• Coordination and support of projects from A to Z and close collaboration with internal departments 
• You are actively involved in developing new approaches and methods in the field of strategy and contribute to the further development of the service offering

• Bring experience in developing communication strategies, ideally in an agency or marketing environment
• Have a deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem and are familiar with both digital and analog communication worlds
• Have a good sense for customer needs and respond flexibly to new challenges and situations
• Convince with the ability to clearly and understandably convey complex strategic contexts 
• Are open to new perspectives, question existing approaches, and bring innovative ideas to develop future-oriented solutions
• Speak German and English and preferably have a degree or further education in marketing and/or communication
