What is my role?

• Independent handling of orders from confirmation to completion

• Organisation and provision of required materials and tools

• Setting up, programming and monitoring production processes on CNC turning and milling machines

• Constructive collaboration with colleagues at the sheltered workplace as well as support in their professional development and guidance

• Carrying out delivery trips as well as timely delivery and collection of materials and products

• Support in the training of apprentices at EBA level

• Cross-departmental cooperation for an efficient operational process

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic

• Several years of practical experience in the professional field

• Committed personality with a structured and independent way of working

• Openness to working in an inclusive environment and enjoyment in supporting apprentices

• Experience with control systems such as Siemens Dialog and Mazatrol (Mazak) is an advantage, alternatively willingness to learn. Knowledge of Mastercam is a plus.

• Willingness to familiarise oneself with alternative forms of communication
