Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)
Location: Zurich Oberland Workload: 80-100% Start: Immediately or by arrangement Department: Building Technology / Caretaking / Gardening

Your Tasks

• Maintenance and establishment of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for professional and technical questions
• Ensuring the operational daily business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in a larger property
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work inside and outside the building
• Assignment, supervision, and monitoring of orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines, and quality standards
• Execution of maintenance and minor repairs as well as their complete documentation
• Willingness for on-call duty (initial intervention)
• Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned machines, devices, and maintenance materials
• Coordination and control of third-party companies for technical maintenance
• Ensuring a positive environment on the premises and care of communal areas
• Direct contact with customers, subtenants, and other contact persons on site
• First point of contact for all concerns regarding technical building management

• Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or technical or craft vocational training
• Several years of professional experience as a technical caretaker
• Solid technical knowledge in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Sanitary, Electrical)
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Very good German language skills and good user knowledge in MS Office
