Accounts Payable Clerk 80-100%
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely and accurate recording and verification of goods invoices and service/repair documents in the respective IT systems
- General office and archiving tasks (scanning)
- Processing individual orders for the supervisor
- Various account reconciliations
- Resolving quantity and price discrepancies (goods receipt - invoice receipt)
- Processing accounts payable and payment runs (DTA)
- Handling mail for accounts payable
- Checking documents for compliance with authorisation levels
Requirements
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in accounts payable
- MS Office skills, SAP an advantage
- Native German speaker, French skills an advantage
- Precise and efficient working style
- Resilient, flexible, independent and team-oriented personality
