Tasks

Assembly of workstations and aids to optimize production processes
Developing creative solutions for the manufacture of fixtures
Setting up complete production islands and manufacturing lines
Supporting production staff in implementing their improvement ideas
Procurement of materials to realize optimization projects
Maintenance of the Kaizen workshop and its machines
Further development of the service quality of the KVP mechanics
Responsibility for optimal workplace design in production regarding product quality, work efficiency, and ergonomics

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic
Solid industry experience
Precise and efficient working method
Customer-friendly demeanor
Joy and interest in the profession
