Product Manager Temperature and Pressure Sensors (all genders)

YOUR MISSION

• You take on the technical and commercial overall responsibility for the product portfolio in the field of temperature and partly pressure sensors
• You develop and implement the product and segment strategy for successful market positioning together with the Business Segment Manager and development
• You lead product and development projects and work closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers
• Your focus is on highly accurate temperature sensors based on CMOS technology, including new generations and customised designs (e.g. medical technology)
• You are the technical and commercial contact person for customers, suppliers and partners including pricing and negotiations
• You support sales through deep technical advice, project support and collaboration on complex offers
• You manage key accounts in Europe and worldwide and coordinate demanding customer projects
• You ensure product quality and coordinate quality cases with customers and suppliers

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed engineering degree (electrical engineering or comparable, e.g. medical technology / physics)
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager or developer with strong technical understanding; sensor technology know-how is an advantage
• Experience in technical customer consulting, project work and collaboration with suppliers (Asia is an advantage)
• Structured, independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced communication and project management skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel approx. 10–20% (customer and supplier visits)
