What is my role?

Our client is looking for a setter (m/f/d) who will take on the following tasks:

• Operating and setting up production equipment as well as technical support

• Independent execution of batch and order changes, retooling of machines (format change)

• Participation in the implementation of quality, deadline, and quantity requirements

• Resolving minor mechanical faults

• Carrying out cleaning, inspection, and lubrication tasks

• Technical guidance of employees

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Completed vocational training in the food or technical sector

• Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a production environment

• Knowledge of filling and packaging machines

• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Responsible and organised way of working

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
