Process Analytics is a division within the METTLER TOLEDO Group and a leading provider of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. At our headquarters in Urdorf, we develop and produce high-quality sensors for controlling production processes, which we sell worldwide through our own market organizations. For our international team managing global sales, we are looking for proactive support from a proactive person as Sales Coordinator (all genders). In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Leading the global sales secretariat including all administration; managing and being responsible for the customer database and mailing tool including expansion and optimization; coordinating and maintaining prices, assortments & discount structure in the pricing tool (PPMT) and SAP as well as responsibility for the annual worldwide pricing; preparing offers and following up / price inquiries for various countries with offer creation and coordination with distribution logistics; answering simple technical customer inquiries in smaller countries (first level support); functioning as SAP power user within market management including business intelligence; creating and distributing statistics, sales analyses, and other lists; coordinating and actively participating in the annual worldwide sales budget creation; general administrative tasks related to the management of the sales secretariat with support of the sales manager in various projects.
