Assistant Retail (m/f/d)
Workload: 40% / Location: Sursee

Your area of responsibility
Administrative Management:
- You take over all administrative tasks in the retail environment and coordinate the ongoing daily business including meeting organization and retail communication.
- Reporting & Sales Management: You prepare monthly sales reports, coordinate the annual sales certifications, and are responsible for maintaining and checking reports, lists, and forms.
- Interface Function & Support: You coordinate facility management and occupational safety issues in Germany, bundle ESG-relevant content for our stores & outlets, and support the sales team with inquiries and concerns.
Budget & Cost Control:
- Cost Responsibility: You conduct cost control, process and post invoices, and ensure proper filing.
- Budget Monitoring: You control the creation and compliance of the retail department's budget and review expense and credit card statements.
- Planning & Provisions: You support budget planning as well as the creation and tracking of provisions.
Projects & Further Development:
- Expansion & Contract Management: You handle expansion requests, maintain broker contacts, and provide administrative support in contract management with landlords and service providers.
- Presentations & Meetings: You assist in preparing presentations and ensure professional preparation and follow-up of meetings.
- Project Participation: You independently take on projects and special tasks – depending on priority and capacity.

- A completed commercial apprenticeship as well as experience in a comparable administrative role, ideally related to sales or retail
- A structured, conceptual, and organized way of working
- Reliability, goal orientation, and a high sense of responsibility
- Trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive data
- Teamwork and a networked way of thinking
- Strong communication skills and very good expression
- Flexibility, versatility, and resilience
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English skills; French skills are an advantage
