Tasks
Our IT stands for the reliable operation and further development of a modern, hybrid system landscape. With around 300 employees and approximately 170 IT users, we operate an infrastructure consisting of on-premises systems, networked construction site solutions, Microsoft 365, and central business applications.

• You ensure the stable operation and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment - from Teams through SharePoint to Entra ID and Intune.
• You handle 2nd-level support cases and escalations from 1st level.
• You manage our business applications, interfaces, and permissions, ensuring smooth operation.
• You specifically develop our client management, software distribution, and endpoint security further.
• You contribute to the introduction and consolidation of solutions in the modern workplace.

Workload: 80-100%
Work location: Lungern

Qualification

• Completed training in IT EFZ or equivalent
• Several years of experience in system engineering, workplace, and Microsoft 365
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows clients; PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a strong service mindset
• Due to our work on security-relevant federal projects (ArmaSuisse), Swiss citizenship is mandatory for this position.
